Ethnic Monitoring in Health in Small Populations

The North East Public Health Observatory is hosting a seminar on the theme of ethnic monitoring in health in small populations. The rationale has come from Primary Care Trusts in the region who are concerned about achieving targets in ethnicity monitoring in populations where the ethnic minority population is small (such as the North East).
