A national survey of crisis resolution teams in England. Steve Onyett, Karen Linde, Gyles Glover, Siobhan Floyd, Steven Bradley, & Hugh Middleton Report of a national telephone survey of all known crisis resolution teams undertaken between October 1995 and January 1996. The survey covered teams' history, staffing and operational arrangements, paying particular attention to the extent of teams' fidelity to the model set out in the Mental Health Policy Implementation Guidelines.
