A flyer to promote the types of resources and analyses that are available within NEPHO to support commissioning in the North East. This flyer is the first in what will be a series of such material. This flyer focuses on the QIPP agenda uses the examples of day case surgery rates, length of stay and multiple emergency admissions to quantify the financial impact that could be realised if there was a reduction in variation across NHS North East.
